Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter 'Regulations') define the rules for using the website available at www.solaceretailadvisors.com (hereinafter 'Platform'), operated by Solace Retail Advisors S.L., with its registered office in Madrid, Spain.
  2. These Regulations are intended for all users of the Platform and define the rules for using the website's resources. Each User is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations upon taking actions aimed at using the Platform.
  3. The use of the Platform is voluntary and free of charge, with the exception of specific consulting services which are subject to a separate contractual agreement. Contacting us via the forms does not create a binding service agreement.
  4. All intellectual property rights to the content on the Platform, including text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Solace Retail Advisors S.L. or have been used with the permission of the rights holders. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

§ 2. Definitions

  • User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, who uses the Platform in any way.
  • Account – A user profile created upon registration, providing access to exclusive content like whitepapers or webinars.

  • Regulations – This document, the Terms of Service, which governs the use of the Platform.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided

  1. The Platform enables Users to familiarize themselves with the range of consulting services offered by Solace Retail Advisors S.L., including but not limited to sales analysis, customer journey mapping, store design, and technology implementation.
  2. Users can use the contact form to send inquiries regarding the Services. The use of the contact form is equivalent to consenting to the processing of personal data for the purpose of handling the inquiry.
  3. The Platform may offer access to free resources such as articles, case studies, or whitepapers. Access to some materials may require registration and the creation of an Account.
  4. The information provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the law. A binding service agreement is concluded only upon signing a separate contract.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. Proper use of the Platform requires a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled. We are not responsible for malfunctions resulting from unmet technical requirements.
  2. The User is responsible for ensuring the security of their own device and data against malware or unauthorized access.

§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User

  1. The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law, social norms, and the provisions of these Regulations. The User shall not provide content of an unlawful nature.
  2. The User is obliged to provide true and accurate data when using contact forms or registering for an Account. The use of third-party data without their consent is prohibited.
  3. The User is prohibited from undertaking any actions that could interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to data, interfering with the source code, or distributing malicious software.
  4. All content on the Platform is protected by copyright. The User may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use requires the prior written consent of Solace Retail Advisors S.L.
  5. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account password and for all activities that occur under their Account.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. We reserve the right to make changes to these Regulations at any time. Users will be informed of any changes through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance.
  2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved by the competent court for the registered office of Solace Retail Advisors S.L.
  3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Spanish and European Union law shall apply.
